  • How Do I Get Access to "My Account?"
    Great question! Only members of our site have access to “My Account.” Become a Member here. After you purchase, you will be able to access the content on our site.
  • How Do I Get Access to RSVP for Workshops & Classes?
    Only our "Self-Starter" and "Founder" level memberships have full access to all of our workshops and classes. Become a Member or Upgrade your membership here. After you purchase, you will be able to RSVP for our classes on the "My Account" page.
  • How Do I Get Access to Book A Private Coaching Session?
    Great question! Only our "Self-Starter" and "Founder" level memberships have access to Book a Private session. Become a Member or Upgrade your membership here. After you purchase, you will be able to access our appointment scheduling tool to book a private session with our Coaches on the "My Account" pages.
  • How Do I Become A Member?
    Become a member by purchasing one of our membership packages here. Just fill in a few details and you’re on your way!
  • Is this the same login information as my iFundWomen account I set up previously?
    No. You'll need to create a brand new account on Coaching @ iFundWomen.
  • What Are the Different Membership Levels?

  • Where Can I View My Account and Membership Details?
    There are two places to view and change your account details:
     
    1. Click "My Account" at the top of the page. You must login with your credentials to view, edit or change any of your account or billing details.

    3. Login to the site with your credentials and click “My Account" at the bottom of the page. Once you are in "My Account," you can edit or change any of your account or billing details.
  • What forms of Payment Does Coaching @ iFundWomen Accept?
    We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.
  • When Does My Membership Expire?
    You’ll be charged once a month on the 1st day of every month for our paid membership plans. Your membership never expires. You can cancel anytime.
  • Can I Upgrade My Membership?
    Yes, you can upgrade or change your membership any time. Login to the site with your credentials and choose “My Account." There you can edit or change any of your account details or preferences.
  • Can I Cancel My Membership?
    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Login to the site with your credentials and choose “My Account.” There you can edit or change any of your account details or preferences. Your membership will be cancelled immediately.
  • Help! I Forgot My Login/Password.
    No worries! Click the “Login” button at the bottom of the page and select “forgot password."
  • Help! I Forgot My Username/Email.
    No worries! We sent you a copy of your username and email when you joined the site. First, check your email for a welcome email from “coaches@ifundwomen.com."
     
    Still can’t find it? Click the “Login” button and select “forgot username.” One of our administrators will email you personally.
  • Can I Access The Site On My Mobile Phone/Tablet?
    Yes, our courses are designed so you can watch from anywhere that has a strong wifi signal!
  • Can I Download The Videos And Watch Offline?
    Unfortunately offline watching is not yet available. Our video content is private and not available for download.
