About The Coach

Sarina Virk Torrendell is a builder, pivoter, solopreneur, and the founder of "withSarina Career Coaching." She has over a decade of experience in a range of roles from becoming one of the early team members at Postmates where she launched its first markets to starting her own venture in e-commerce, featured in Lucky Magazine and Man Repeller.


Sarina has extensive expertise in partnerships and ideating creative ways to utilize partners for both buzz and growth. At Postmates, she led innovative partnership marketing campaigns with brands like Casamigos, Glossier, Coveteur, AYR, and fueled the launch of Postmates’ new category launches through merchant partnerships. Prior to her work in the tech industry, Sarina was a human rights activist and co-built an advocacy campaign that raised awareness about the conflict in Congo. With her diverse professional background, she is passionate about sharing all that she has learned with her clients to help them achieve tangible results.
